My stay at the hotel was fantastic, thanks to its incredible location right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to plenty of attractions and dining options. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I did wish for a bit more in terms of dining options. Overall, it was a great value for money with a few minor issues to note.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for my husband's birthday. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was amazing, being just a bridge away from The Island where we enjoyed the night life. The breakfast was very good, much better than what we typically find at similar hotels. However, I wish the amenities offered were a bit more extensive.
